At bodyneed we are all about helping you stay fit and active for life!  We believe that staying active is actually the elxir of youth, or at least of feeling like you are young!  Basically its move it or lose it - and that can mean anything from regular walks to competing in marathons or triathlons.  Whatever you choose and whatever stage of life you are at we can help you.

We do this through -  Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Clinical Pilates, Corrective Training, Pilates and Group Classes

We have a collaborative approach to your health care that may include any of the services we have onsite depending on our assessment.  Or we work with a number of other health professionals if required.

What To Expect

When you arrive you will be asked to fill in a 'client history form' - this gives your practitioner a background to who you are and any pain, injury or dysfunction that may be present.
Our clients come to us for many different reasons - this form helps us understand your goals for visiting us and whether there are any contraindications for you receiving treatment.

Post Treatment

Depending on your goals regular sessions are recommended.
Your practitioner will advise you on the frequency necessary to achieve the best results for you.
This could be from multiple weekly sessions to once a month.
We advise all clients to drink plenty of water post treatment, do not be alarmed if you feel quite drowsy, or a little ‘flat' or if you get that ‘just had a workout' feeling of stiffness the following day, these are all normal responses to many treatments as your body goes through a healing and flushing process.
