Targetted Mat Classes:

iron-Body - Pre and Post Ironman!
A 10 week course specifically designed for high level endurance athletes;
multi-sporters, marathon runners and triathletes

This course focusses on full body conditioning, efficient movement , stretching, stabilising and realignment

  • Prepare your body for the next challenge and gain faster recovery times between events and improved rehab outcomes.
  • Develop a more efficient stride, stroke and pedal
  • Improve your recruitment of core stabilisers and motor control which equals faster times!
  • Develop your own warm up and home exercise programs

Course price: $200 (no previous pilates experience necessary as this class will start as beginners together and progress together)

Ongoing Classes:
These classes are run continuously and you are required to have at least 1 (1 hour) private session with a bodyneed trainer before joining.  Have a look at our body-Prep Package to get you started.
Classes cost $25 casually or buy a 5 session concession and the price is $20 per session.
