iron-Body - Pilates for Triathletes - 10 week course starts soon - Thursdays 6.30pm - $200
A 10 week course specifically designed for high level endurance athletes; multi-sporters, marathon runners and triathletes
This course focusses on full body conditioning, efficient movement , stretching, stabilising and realignment
- Prepare your body for the next challenge and gain faster recovery times between events and improved rehab outcomes.
- Develop a more efficient stride, stroke and pedal
- Improve your recruitment of core stabilisers and motor control which equals faster times!
- Develop your own warm up and home exercise programs
Pilates services at bodyneed:
- 1:1 Pilates Training - private 45 minute or 60 minute sessions with a pilates trainer
- Semi Private Sessions - share a private session with a friend
- Targetted Mat and Small Equipment Classes
- Classes for Triathletes, Runners, Spinal Rehab and Postural Correction

Ongoing Classes:
These classes are run continuously and you are required to have at least 1 (1 hour) private session with a bodyneed trainer before joining. Have a look at our body-Prep Package to get you started.
Classes cost $25 casually or buy a 5 class concession and the price is $20 per session.
