We endeavour to update the available massage times on a daily basis Monday to Friday each week.
When using the online request system, please allow at least two hours for your request confirmation. (During office hours)
For Saturday requests, it is advised that you phone us at Bodyneed during office hours. Thanks again and see you soon!
Cancellation Policy:
We
appreciate that everyday is different and sometimes unexpected events
can mess up your routine, but please understand that our therapists are
paid per massage session so if you don't turn up - they don't get paid!
Our policy requires at least 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
If you cancel in less than 12 hours or do not turn up for your appointment - we will charge you the full amount of the session.
